You will lead the sales floor when managers are absent, delegate tasks, reconcile cash, and follow provincial regulations. Product education remains central.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales floors and delegate tasks during assigned shifts
Open and close stores under security procedures
Complete end-of-day cash reconciliation and reporting
Respond professionally to customer feedback and concerns
Follow product handling, display,
and sales compliance procedures
Requirements:
Previous keyholder or leadership experience is an asset
Valid CannSell Certification required before starting
One-plus years regulated retail or customer service experience
Robust communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Reliable independent and cooperative work approach
