This Team Manager position oversees the Fostering, Adoption and Adult Placement team. You will line-manage the Advanced Practitioner Social Worker for Kinship. The role supports Children’s Services, service development, performance management, and statutory responsibilities across four services.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, support, and guide the fostering and adoption team
Line-manage the Advanced Practitioner Social Worker for Kinship
Administer financial and other service resources
Manage performance and contribute to service development
Promote targeted interventions across required supports and responsibilities

Requirements:
Skilled social work qualification
Considerable social work experience
Previous supervisory experience advantageous
Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills
Scottish Social Services Council registration or eligibility
