Lead GEOX store operations through customer service, sales execution, and team support while representing a technology-driven footwear brand. Work at the store level under the Store Manager.

As Key Holder, you will guide employees, deliver the GEOX Service Model, and support sales and operational objectives. The role combines training, customer issue resolution, visual standards, cash office responsibilities, inventory procedures, and store organization. You will also serve as sales floor manager in the absence of store management.

Key Responsibilities:
Train employees on GEOX service, technologies, patents, and initiatives
Handle complex customer situations and escalate issues appropriately
Operate registers, prepare deposits, and audit paperwork
Maintain inventory,



receive shipments, and process markdowns
Support visual standards, safety, security, and store organization

Requirements:
Minimum two years’ retail experience in customer-focused settings
Fashion apparel or footwear experience preferred
High School or College Degree, or commensurate retail experience
Solid communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Microsoft Excel and POS system proficiency
