Support sugar blending and packaging at Redpath Sugar’s Belleville facility with accurate weighing and equipment operation. Rotations may include eight-hour shifts.

This General Labourer role contributes to Redpath Sugar’s blending and packaging operation within the ASR Group. You will prepare ingredients, operate mixing equipment, and work on packaging lines handling packing, labeling, and palletizing equipment. The position also requires sanitation, housekeeping, sampling, documentation, and adherence to Good Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety Policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Weigh ingredients and prepare materials for blending
- Ensure accurate mixing processes and quality requirements
- Support packaging lines with packing and labeling equipment




- Operate palletizing equipment as part of the line team
- Follow plant sanitation, housekeeping, and safety policies

Requirements:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Hand tool and digital scale capability
- Computer ability for entering ingredient weights
- Eagerness to learn and robust attention to detail
- Food production or manufacturing experience is an asset
