This Journeyman Welder/Fitter/Fabricator assignment combines welding, fitting, fabrication, and project support. You will interpret production drawings, blueprints, work orders, and specifications. The position also involves operating shaping equipment, checking quality, addressing technical problems, and ensuring assigned projects are accurate and complete.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review blueprints and specifications for intended function
- Operate brakes, shears, and metal bending machines
- Operate flame-cutting, brazing, and soldering equipment




- Provide technical information for project budgets and status
- Implement corrective actions and complete assigned projects

Requirements:

- Five years’ experience as a Journeyman Welder/Fitter
- Interprovincial Red Seal or CWB tickets
- GMAW and SMAW certification in all positions
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
