Responsibilities
Take ownership of complex family law litigation matters
Advise and represent clients throughout every stage of their files
Analyze legal issues and develop appropriate strategies
Prepare and review pleadings and other required legal documents




Advocate before courts and other tribunals
Collaborate with other team members in carrying out mandates
Participate in the training and professional development of junior lawyers
Maintain high standards of quality and client service

Requirements
At least eight years of relevant experience in family law litigation
Extensive experience in client representation and advocacy
Excellent academic and professional record
Rigour, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellence
Ability to manage files independently
A solid interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
Robust teamwork and collaboration skills
