Your main challenges
Act as a mentor and provide advice, coaching, and training to technical support staff.
Be the escalation person when it comes to complex technical issues.
Robust problem-solving skills, able to multitask, solid root causes analysis, and work under pressure.
Review all technical support-related processes and documentation for continuous improvement.
What You Bring with you
+10 years of experience in technical and application support.
A proactive problem-solver skilled in root-cause analysis, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
Payment and peripheral devices integration experience (OPOS, JavaPOS, PinPad integration).
Retail knowledge in particular POS processes would be an asset.
Cloud solution knowledge (AWS and/or Azure).
Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation from the first year;
Pension plan with employer contribution after 1 year
