This full time Field Product Advisor supports Pentair’s water solutions through technical relationships, field education, and consistent product application. The position collaborates with Sales, Warranty, Regional Support Partners, and Training Leadership. Reporting to the Regional Technical Supervisor, it strengthens customer confidence through trusted field presence, product training, and installation guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in office and virtual technical support with cross-functional partners
Facilitate product training and live customer demonstrations
Support launches through field validation and warranty readiness




Manage third-party service partner relationships and standards
Share field insights with Product and Engineering teams

Requirements:
Five or more years in technical support, training, or field service
Experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial settings
Solid communication skills simplifying complex technical concepts
Ability to collaborate with third-party service providers
Pool, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades preferred
