As an Outside Sales Associate, you will develop a career in high-end building materials focused on commercial roofing. You will partner with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18 to 24 months. The program provides comprehensive, hands-on training while you build sales abilities, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Travel throughout the assigned Central Ontario territory
Partner with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative
Participate in comprehensive hands-on sales training
Develop commercial roofing sales knowledge and abilities
Apply communication skills with construction customers

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Recent graduate or one to four years' sales experience
Valid driver's license required
Microsoft Office and computer application literacy
Willingness to complete the year-long training program
