As a Mechanical Technologist (Integration), you will support Qinshan tooling under the Manager of Retube Tooling – Common Tools. The work includes tooling updates, Engineering Change Notices, equipment testing, and hands-on maintenance. Your experience will apply to nuclear inspection tooling, shop equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems. You will document technical results and support project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
Review nuclear tooling engineering drawings using SolidWorks
Implement tooling modifications from feedback and lessons learned
Prepare technical inputs for Engineering Change Notices
Test, troubleshoot, assemble, repair,



and maintain retube equipment
Document results, issues, and potential design improvements

Requirements:
Mechanical engineering technology diploma or relevant technical experience
Eight to ten years assembling, testing, or repairing nuclear tooling
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical systems, and tooling maintenance
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
Willingness to travel to project sites and support manual lifting
