As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage recruiting activities from job postings and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding paperwork. You will engage candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle and help build a diverse workforce. The position also requires collaboration with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-life-cycle recruitment for North American requisitions
Source candidates through databases, vendors, referrals, and direct outreach




Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
Extend and negotiate job offers
Maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System data

Requirements:
Minimum two years recruiting experience in transportation or trade-based settings
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience with ATS or recruitment software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of interviewing, negotiation, and closing practices
