This Early Childhood Educator works alongside teachers and families in a home away from home. You will implement BrightPath’s curriculum, assess children’s abilities and needs, and discuss progress. The casual, supply, or substitute schedule supports centre coverage.

Implement BrightPath’s curriculum to support children’s development
Maintain an setting protecting children’s well-being
Assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs
Discuss children’s progress with parents and staff
Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
Early Childhood Education Level 1 certification or B.Ed. equivalent
Meet provincial childcare employment requirements
Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
Current immunization and health assessment
Bring curriculum implementation, child assessment, and family collaboration skills to BrightPath Kids’ Hermitage childcare centre.
