This Senior Vice President reports to the CFO and leads capital markets, project underwriting, investment analysis, and financial planning. The position shapes financing strategies for community solar, distributed generation, and energy storage. It also guides capital allocation, transaction execution, and Investment Committee recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop capital markets strategy with executive leadership
Raise capital across project, portfolio, asset, and corporate structures
Lead underwriting, investment analysis, and sensitivity reviews
Oversee budgeting, forecasting,



liquidity, and long-range planning
Present financing recommendations to the Investment Committee

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
At least 15 years of progressive finance experience
Renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or distributed generation experience preferred
Experience structuring project debt, tax equity, or comparable capital
Advanced financial modeling and risk-adjusted return analysis
