This full time, 12-month term position supports Video Lottery and Retail Lottery sites across Moncton and surrounding areas. You will service, maintain, install, and repair gaming equipment while diagnosing issues, protecting uptime, and meeting service standards. The work requires independent field activity and regular retailer communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve gaming technology equipment issues
Maintain and install equipment at retail locations
Build skilled customer relationships in the field
Minimize downtime across the assigned service territory
Collaborate with internal teams on complex issues

Requirements:
Electronics or Engineering Technology diploma
One to three years technical and customer service experience
Ability to travel up to 90 percent
Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
