Support recovery for people with severe mental health disorders as a Mental Health Occupational Therapist in a hybrid ACTT setting. Use functional assessment skills.
This temporary full time position is homebased in Casselman until March 2028. The Occupational Therapist supports psychosocial rehabilitation, recovery, activities of daily living, and community-based interventions. Within ACTT, the therapist also serves as a generalist and primary caseworker, evaluating needs, planning treatment, educating clients, and coordinating services.
Key Responsibilities: Complete functional assessments addressing daily living and cognitive skills
Support clients in home and community environments
Plan treatments and interventions as primary caseworker




Prepare progress notes and clinical information transfers
Facilitate workshops, groups, and community networking
Requirements: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
Ontario College of Occupational Therapists registration certificate
Minimum two years’ mental health or concurrent disorders experience
Knowledge of ACTT philosophy and functioning
Fluency in spoken and written French and English
Apply occupational therapy, psychosocial rehabilitation, and team-oriented casework skills within a community-based ACTT serving Casselman.
