This Renewable Energy Technician position covers Experienced Technician 2 through Senior Technician 4 levels. You will maintain wind turbines, solar photovoltaic systems, and battery energy storage systems. Duties include installation, commissioning, performance evaluation, repairs, and operational support. Technician levels receive mandatory training in Albert Lea, Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on renewable energy assets
- Troubleshoot, test, recommission, and repair power systems
- Lead routine teams or provide technical training when applicable




- Complete maintenance logs, work orders, and warranty documentation
- Participate in the 24-hour on-call rotation

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to four-plus years of renewable energy experience, depending on level
- Meet Qualified Electrical Worker standards
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work at heights exceeding 300 feet
