This contract hourly role supports Integrated Employment Services at 815 Danforth Ave. You will respond to inquiries, screen eligibility, assess program fit, and guide jobseekers toward intake appointments. The work requires Microsoft Office proficiency, accurate documentation, and team-oriented client service.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries and referrals through email, web forms, voicemail, and platforms
Contact leads, confirm interest, screen eligibility, and assess program fit
Provide clear IES information and facilitate service pathways
Book appointments and manage reminders, confirmations, cancellations,



and rescheduling
Maintain records, documentation, referrals, bookings, and client notes
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Social Services preferred
Minimum one year customer service, intake, or administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Solid organization, time management, and attention to detail
