Store operations and merchandise recovery are central to this seasonal Michaels service team member position in TOR-BRAMPTON/NORTH, ON. Support in-stock standards daily.

The position combines truck unloading, stocking, planograms, SISO, and general recovery with customer-facing service. You will assist Omni channel processes, educate customers about VOC surveys, and support shrink and safety programs. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in truck unloading and merchandise stocking
Complete planogram, SISO, and AD set duties
Maintain merchandise recovery and return processes
Assist Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
Support shrink, safety, and Company programs

Requirements:
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Company policies
Move throughout the store during assigned duties
Lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves
Work nights, weekends, and early mornings
