Lead daily store operations with a strong focus on merchandising standardsOversee inventory replenishment and stock flow in a high-volume environmentSupport and motivate retail team members to achieve performance goalsOrganize daily priorities to ensure efficient workflow and productivityMaintain a safe, organized and customer-ready retail environment

Successful candidates will have:





Bring a minimum of 5 years’ retail experience including 2 years in a supervisory roleDemonstrate strong merchandising and inventory management expertiseShow flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends as requiredPerform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout shiftsCommunicate effectively and lead teams with confidence and professionalism
