StoryBook Theatre Society seeks a Front of House Manager for full-time or part time evening and weekend shifts. The position manages volunteers, supports theatre operations, and works with Stage Management. Candidates should bring customer service experience, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patrons with a welcoming attitude
Train and coordinate ushering and concession volunteers
Maintain theatre cleanliness before and after shows
Coordinate theatre opening and closing with Stage Management
Direct autograph lines after applicable performances

Requirements:
Customer service experience, preferably with an arts organization
Prior leadership experience managing teams
Robust communication and organizational skills
Comfort with technology and computers
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
