Reporting to the Director, Reporting & Analysis, the Senior Financial Analyst supports the growing Wealth distribution channel within Retail Advice & Solutions. The role combines management reporting, business planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Success requires finance partnership, relationship management, operational efficiency, and transparent financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Wealth sales and income reporting
Explain current and forecasted income drivers in QBR packages
Support business, strategic planning, and forecasting processes
Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting for management




Implement process improvements and automation enhancing forecast accuracy

Requirements:
Three or more years in Finance, Planning, or Business Analytics
Degree in Business, Finance, or similar field
Wealth or financial services business knowledge and experience
Experience with Longview, Workiva, SAP, and Microsoft Office
Robust analytical, communication, prioritization, and relationship-building skills
