This Generation Development Project Estimator supports renewable, thermal, and emerging energy technology projects. You will create whole-project estimates, maintain estimating tools and cost databases, and support competitive bids for billion-dollar-class power plants. The work involves project managers, schedulers, supply chain, vendors, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Create total project estimates and integrated cash flow schedules
Estimate equipment, EPC, interconnection, permitting, and indirect costs
Develop quantitative risk registers and risk-weighted contingencies
Maintain estimating tools, databases, and project management applications




Support accurate competitive bids for recent generation projects

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant experience
Knowledge of project management, scheduling, and cost controls
Experience with complex spreadsheets or commercial project platforms
Ability to collaborate with project, supply chain, and vendor teams
Understanding of project estimates, schedules, and cost information
