Molecular You is seeking a Senior Mass Spectrometry Scientist to lead assay development and absolute quantification in clinical matrices, driving ISO-compliant deployment and QA. You will optimize LC-MS/MS workflows, validate methods, and mentor junior scientists in a regulated workplace. You will collaborate with bioinformaticians, product and medical teams to translate rigorous analytics into clinical impact, while advancing next-generation MS capabilities and maintaining audit-ready #J-18808-Ljbffr
