You guide teams, maintain organizational standards, and communicate shipment information. The role also supports opening, closing, restocking, inventory accuracy, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead product flow from shipment receipt through floor placement
- Oversee back of house organization and operational efficiency
- Drive engagement as manager-on-duty across store zones
- Support opening, closing, restocking, facilities, and IT processes
- Maintain receiving paperwork for inventory integrity
