Adecco seeks an Executive Assistant reporting to the Executive Director. The position provides high-level administrative support through calendar management, Board coordination, meeting preparation, and confidential communications. Non-profit experience, executive support, and solid organization are central to the assignment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Executive Director calendars, schedules, meetings, and priorities
Coordinate Board meetings, materials, minutes, and follow-up
Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic decision-making metrics




Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate travel, expenses, correspondence, and stakeholder requests
Requirements: Minimum two years of Executive Assistant experience
Strong administrative experience supporting multiple priorities
Experience supporting a Board of Directors
Required non-profit sector experience
Robust communication, organization, and time-management skills
