Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate customer experiences from start to finish
Handle retail customer payments and transactions in person
Create scale tickets and enter weights and prices
Receive, sort, and process metal materials
Maintain clean work areas through housekeeping

Requirements:
Previous customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
