As an Indigenous Support Worker, you will collaborate with staff, tenants, and community service providers. You will create versatile, tenant-centred plans, connect individuals and families with resources, and coordinate culturally appropriate wrap-around supports. Your work promotes positive connections, safety, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop tenant-centred plans addressing housing and service needs
- Provide referrals for Indigenous support services and community resources
- Use trauma-informed practices during conflict resolution and crises
- Deliver social and recreational programming with tenants




- Maintain records, reports, forms, emails, and tenant protocols

Requirements:

- Two to three years’ frontline experience with vulnerable populations
- Education in social work, human services, nursing, or related fields
- Understanding of Indigenous history, culture, and diverse communities
- Experience with trauma-informed, harm reduction, and evidence-based approaches
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Publishing program experience
