Develop and test eLearning content for Providence Care Hospital while coordinating learning systems and communications. Work temporarily full time for up to 12 months.

As Learning Specialist, you will create eLearning courses and perform quality assurance before launch or deployment. You will administer the LMS, collaborate with subject matter experts, coordinate learning events, and manage recognition programs. The position also supports annual performance learning plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop eLearning courses and perform pre-launch quality assurance testing
- Collaborate with subject matter experts on deployment materials
- Define audiences and assignments for LMS course delivery
- Coordinate and schedule learning events for department direction




- Coordinate the annual performance learning plan process

Requirements:

- Advanced experience developing eLearning content
- Experience with desktop publishing, design, and writing
- Graphic design experience for web and printed products
- Minimum three years of recent related experience
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Microsoft Office applications
