As a Shop Service Technician reporting to the Shop Lead Technician, you will refurbish equipment designated by management or the lead. Your work supports like-new condition and minimizes out-of-box failures. The position requires electrical and plumbing experience, basic mechanical tools, and independent work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Disassemble and clean coffee and juice equipment
- Replace model-specific fixed parts as directed
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment problems
- Set water pressures and test dispenser operation
- Complete paperwork and maintain secure work areas

Requirements:

- Minimum two years related experience or equivalent education
- High school diploma or technical school certification
- Experience with basic mechanical tools
- Electrical and plumbing experience
- Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
