You will translate business needs into technical requirements, lead solution delivery, and resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into scalable enterprise application solutions
Analyze integrations, dependencies, and upstream and downstream impacts
Support requirements, design, testing, deployment, and documentation
Administer, configure, monitor, patch,



and upgrade applications
Lead technical investigations, incidents, and root-cause analysis

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant skilled experience
Minimum 5+ years in systems or enterprise technology functions
Experience gathering requirements and designing technical solutions
Understanding of infrastructure, performance, and cloud settings
ITIL experience in incident, problem, change, and service management
