Support payroll operations and core human resources administration for an organization based in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario.
Responsibilities Administer end-to-end payroll and ensure employees are paid accurately and on schedule.
Maintain employee payroll and HR records, and verify data used for pay, deductions and advantages.
Coordinate advantages enrolments, changes and terminations, and respond to employee questions.
Process payments, remittances and payroll documentation, including reconciliation and record keeping.
Support day-to-day HR administration, employee files and routine policy documentation.
Use accounting and workforce management platforms to manage payroll inputs and review reports.
Investigate payroll discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Support payroll and HR system updates, data validation and operational changes.
