As Senior Payroll Specialist, you will report to the Manager of Payroll and HR Services and lead payroll activities. Your responsibilities include verifying payrolls, answering internal and external inquiries, and preparing T4, T4A, and CRA documentation. You will also partner with Finance on month-end processes and support HR audits, systems testing, and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify bi-weekly and monthly payroll outputs
- Address internal and external payroll inquiries
- Partner with Finance on month-end reconciliations
- Prepare T4, T4A, and CRA documentation
- Perform HR audits and recommend process improvements

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years of direct payroll experience
- Full ownership of a payroll function
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
- Experience handling complex payroll issues
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
