Monitor construction quality for Fournier in Thunder Bay through field inspections, material checks, and technical recommendations. The position is full time.

As Quality Coordinator, you will report to the Project Manager and help ensure project requirements are met. Your work includes following up in the field, reviewing plans and specifications, supervising crews, and addressing unforeseen challenges. The role requires Civil Engineering Technology training or equivalent relevant experience, plus autonomy in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect site work and materials for quality control
- Conduct required field follow-ups throughout project execution
- Provide technical recommendations based on field conditions




- Coordinate crews while work is being performed
- Work with the project team to maintain quality standards

Requirements:

- Civil Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to read plans and specifications comfortably
- Ability to interpret project requirements from technical documents
- Ability to assess field conditions
- Autonomous approach to unforeseen situations
