The Mining Package Coordinator supports procurement and delivery of equipment and material packages for mining projects. This full time position coordinates with procurement, engineering, vendors, suppliers, project controls, construction, and logistics teams. You will monitor commitments, documentation, commercial requirements, schedules, costs, and delivery milestones while supporting project reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support RFP preparation, purchase orders, bid evaluations, and procurement records
- Monitor packages from bidding through award, manufacturing, inspection, and delivery
- Track vendor commitments, submissions, approvals, and required documentation
- Maintain procurement schedules, cost information,



milestone reports, and action registers
- Address supplier delivery requirements, discrepancies, delays, and outstanding actions

Requirements:

- Three or more years in procurement, package, or project coordination
- Diploma or degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
- Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, engineering teams, and contractors
- Understanding of procurement processes, engineering documentation, and project delivery
- Experience with project controls or procurement systems is an asset
