Acura of Oakville is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Junior Service Advisor within Zanchin Automotive Group. This customer-facing position explains maintenance, communicates costs, and advises customers about vehicle care. You will coordinate appointments, repair updates, follow-ups, repair orders, and invoices while supporting service advisors and BDC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide frontline customer communications and service
- Greet customers alongside service advisors and BDC
- Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance importance

- Accurately complete repair orders and invoices

Requirements:

- Proven sales or customer handling background
- One year as Service Advisor or Sales Representative
