Build fulfillment expertise alongside Voltera’s additive electronics products through inventory, packaging, and shipping work in Waterloo. Work on-site Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This Production Associate role supports the materials and orders connected with the V-One PCB printer and NOVA dispensing system. You will handle routine inventory control, downpack inks and consumables, prepare customer shipments, and maintain the fulfillment area. Prior electronics manufacturing, inventory control, or NetSuite experience is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare outbound customer shipments safely
- Receive inbound deliveries and support fulfillment operations
- Perform inventory counts and quality checks
- Downpack materials as instructed for sale
- Pick and package orders accurately

Requirements:

- Skilled written and spoken English fluency
- Strong organizational capabilities and precision
- Meticulous attention to operational details
- Comfort standing during extended shifts
- Ability to regularly maneuver materials up to 50 pounds
