Daily duties include work orders, light plumbing, minor repairs, inspections, turnovers, and emergency calls. The position requires health, safety, and emergency procedure knowledge, plus independent and team-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete maintenance work orders with plumbing emphasis
- Perform painting, drywall patching, and minor property repairs
- Prepare suites through turnovers and appliance replacement
- Inspect boiler, mechanical, fire, and life safety systems

Requirements:
