The position combines break-fix service, customer support, accurate records, and learning current technologies. English proficiency is required for regular communication across Canada and outside Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair MFPs and resolve customer printing issues

Requirements:
Community College Certificate in Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent
Install and troubleshoot basic printing and scanning solutions
Communicate strongly verbally and in writing
Own a vehicle with valid insurance and appropriate coverage
Hold a valid driver’s license and good driving record
