As a Network Operations Specialist, you will support the Network Operations Center at the current St. Paul’s Hospital. Your work includes network performance monitoring, Linux fundamentals, incident triage, and operational documentation. You will help maintain reliable, secure, and high-performing systems for clinicians, researchers, and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network infrastructure, platforms, applications, availability, and security
Identify anomalies, service degradation, and potential disruptions
Triage incidents, determine severity, and implement corrective actions




Coordinate escalations with internal teams and vendors
Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Three years of recent related networked-setting experience
