We are seeking a motivated Junior IAM & Backup Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, migration, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and IT backup solutions within a telecommunications setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with installing, configuring, and migrating identity and security solutions, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), CyberArk, and ManageEngine.
Monitor and maintain backup tools, review backup job status, troubleshoot failures, and support data recovery activities.
Assist with user access management, permissions, and identity security processes.
Work with senior analysts and cross-functional IT teams to resolve technical issues and maintain reliable systems.
Document procedures, track incidents, and support ongoing improvements to backup and identity management processes.

Required Qualifications
Degree, diploma,



or relevant coursework in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
1–5 years of relevant experience, including co-op or internship experience.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, identity management, backup solutions, and troubleshooting.
Solid problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach to work.
