As a Room Attendant, you will clean assigned guestrooms according to procedures and standards. The work emphasizes organization, problem solving, guest communication, and careful attention to room readiness. You will report to the Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or Lead Room Attendant while supporting effective hotel communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and service assigned guest rooms within required standards
- Notify guest services when rooms are ready for sale
- Report repairs, unsafe conditions, and unserviceable rooms promptly
- Maintain linen carts, supplies, equipment,



and keys securely
- Respond to guest requests and follow up on satisfaction

Requirements:

- Basic reading, writing, and math skills preferred
- No previous experience necessary for this position
- Organizational and limited problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and possible overtime
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and push or pull 200 pounds
