As a Cook 1, also called Commis 1, you will prepare complete meals and individual dishes at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler. The position includes In Room Dining, banquets, buffets, allergy-sensitive meals, and timely computer orders. Culinary education is strongly preferred, while several years of commercial cooking experience may substitute.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare morning and afternoon menu items, including In Room Dining
Set up stations with required equipment and materials
Prepare and plate computer-system orders accurately and promptly




Organize banquets, buffets, and food stations for service
Clean kitchens and maintain organized work areas

Requirements:
Two or more years of culinary experience
Culinary education strongly preferred or commercial experience substitution
Excellent knife skills and cleanliness
Solid English language command
Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays
