As Social & Studio Lead, you will direct Sundae’s Social offering and develop strategies across key accounts. You will connect audience insights, culture, platform behaviour, and measurable outcomes. The role includes quality control, senior client leadership, business development, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
Set priorities, standards, and ways of working across Social
Develop social strategies and creative concepts for key accounts
Lead senior client relationships, presentations, and strategic conversations
Manage team capacity, account needs, scope, budgets, and resources

Requirements:
Seven-plus years in social media, digital marketing, or creative communications
Deep organic social, short-form video, and platform-native storytelling expertise
Experience managing and developing a team
Confidence presenting recommendations and navigating challenging client conversations
Skilled English proficiency; French bilingualism is an asset
