Drive customer service and account growth as a Cintas Route Service Representative in the Rental Division. Serve established accounts through delivery, pickup, and sales.
This full time, first-shift position combines route driving, customer relationships, and physical service work. You will deliver uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and facility service products. The work takes place indoors and outdoors while supporting existing customers.
Key Responsibilities: Drive an established route and service customer accounts
Deliver and pick up uniforms and facility products
Build rapport with customer decision makers
Resolve concerns and maintain quality standards
Upsell products and negotiate service renewals
Requirements: Valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
Meet provincial requirements for regulated vehicle driving
High school diploma, GED, or military service
Ability to meet physical requirements
Solid customer service orientation and self-motivation
Use route driving, customer service, and sales skills to grow Cintas Rental accounts while delivering dependable facility products.
