On the Go seeks a Cook for its airport dining operations. The position focuses on preparing menu items across assigned stations while following OTG specifications and restaurant directions. You will operate kitchen equipment safely, support guest satisfaction, and maintain food quality, organization, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, portion, and stage ingredients for assigned menu stations
Follow OTG specifications and restaurant directions consistently
Operate knives, stoves, ovens, broilers, and other equipment safely
Maintain clean, organized, sanitary work areas and equipment
Respond to guest inquiries and feedback during service
Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age
Communicate exceptionally in written and spoken English
Possess knowledge of cooking techniques, safety, and sanitation
Lift 35 pounds or more
Obtain SERVSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days
Bring station preparation, secure equipment operation, and sanitation knowledge to On the Go’s Cook team at YYZ Airport.
