As a full time Human Resources Consultant, you will manage a diverse client book across Curbridge and Directors Desk. You will execute HR projects, advise on complex issues, build trusted relationships, and document foundational processes. The work spans compliance, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR consulting engagements across core people-management areas
Progress client projects through company systems and deliverables
Develop handbooks, policies, and employee communications




Diagnose issues and present practical recommendations clearly
Manage confidential, accurate, and complete client files

Requirements:
Minimum three years of progressive HR experience
CPHR designation
Knowledge of employment standards and HR compliance
Excellent diplomatic communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects amid shifting priorities
