Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support Position Evaluation Consultants across assigned portfolios

Provide guidance during classification appeals, disputes, and umpire hearings
Resolve sensitive jurisdictional and bargaining unit issues with strategic partners

Requirements:
Education in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
At least seven years of human resources experience
Direct job evaluation and classification experience
Team leadership or supervisory capabilities
Expertise in large, multi-union classification frameworks
