Use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and basic repair knowledge as a full time Floater Caretaker 2 serving St. Albert Public Schools. Support multiple school locations.

This probationary position maintains school buildings and property through routine cleaning and minor maintenance. Successful candidates bring entry-level equipment knowledge and can handle cleaning equipment and furniture. The schedule is 37.5 hours weekly, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain school buildings through routine cleaning
- Complete minor maintenance tasks across assigned properties
- Use cleaning chemicals and products appropriately
- Lift and handle cleaning equipment and furniture
- Work at various division locations

Requirements:

- Up to six months of building cleaning experience
- Entry-level cleaning equipment operation knowledge
- Basic knowledge of repair procedures
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- WHMIS training would be an asset
