This manager coordinates parts required for scheduled preventive maintenance, including HVAC filter replacements. Responsibilities span purchasing, receipt, storage, kitting, expected delivery dates, and Non-Material Issue resolution. You will also maintain inventory records, identify duplicate Material Masters, and collaborate with Reliability Engineering on improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure parts availability for scheduled preventive maintenance activities
- Coordinate timely ordering and communicate expected delivery dates
- Source, purchase, receive, store, and kit spare parts




- Support resolution of Non-Material Issues and supply disruptions
- Partner with Reliability Engineering on process improvements and cost savings

Requirements:

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, science, engineering, or related field
- Three to five years’ experience in inventory management or related work
- Warehouse or distribution center experience
- Knowledge of MRP and CMMS applications
- CPIM or CPSM certification preferred
