In this advisor position, you will recommend natural alternatives, skincare, cosmetics, and health products. You will build trust by explaining product benefits clearly and supporting wellness and beauty objectives. Success includes accurate transactions, sales performance, and informed customer conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and evaluate their beauty and wellness needs
- Explain product benefits and encourage appropriate product sales
- Process customer transactions accurately through POS systems
- Meet or exceed sales goals through trusted recommendations
- Prepare basic sales reports and performance summaries
Requirements:
- Two to three years’ experience in retail or advisory work
- Solid interest in natural health and eco-conscious products
- Confidence engaging diverse customers in retail settings
- Excellent verbal communication, sales, and problem-solving abilities
- Required Lessonly training completion and workshop participation
